Damage from Cyclone Yasi. |

Hi Abbey, thank you for your follow up letter re any possible damage from Cyclone Yasi. You must have read my mind as I had only just said to my wife that I was going to drop you an email after we had returned home (and had the power restored). As you are aware, cyclone Yasi caused massive damage through north Queensland and especially just north of us. That’s not to say that Townsville didn’t feel the effects of it, because we sure did.
Having lived in the north for over 30 years and felt the effects of many cyclones over that time, I’m very aware of their destructive capabilities. Hence I did my homework before deciding on which cladding to install on our home. I’m pleased to say that we had not a single problem with any of the cladding that we purchase from Abbey, which is a testament to the product and the work done by your local installer.
