ABBEY's Insulated Wall Boards
ABBEY offers two types of insulated wall boards:
- iinsul-SL– plain insulation, commonly used product
- Thermagraphite – graphite-enriched insulation
(up to 24% more insulation than iinsul-SL)
Graphite particles in Thermagraphite act as reflectors of heat, cold and sounds as they enter the cell structure – providing up to 24% more insulation benefit than conventional insulation in summer and winter.

ABBEY Vinyl Cladding
PASSED ALL compliance requirements when evaluated in accordance with NCC 2019 Volume 2 AS/NZS 4859 Parts 1 & 2 to achieve the following:
- Total Thermal Resistance, RTi = R3.24 Winter : R3.04 Summer
- Corresponding Total Conductance, UTi = 0.31 w/(m2k) : 0.33 w/(m2k)

ABBEY's Cladding Insulation

Fire-retardant & Self-extinguishing
ABBEY's cladding insulation is fire-retardant and self-extinguishing
- Contains a fire-retardant additive and do not present an undue fire hazard
- Can be recycled during the manufacturing process with any excess ground back up and returned into the blocks
- Can be used in any application where insulation and strength are required and is often combined with ABBEY aluminium cladding and vinyl cladding
